Reico S. Hopewell is a Knoxville, Tennessee native, entrepreneur, administrative professional, licensed real estate professional, consultant, behavioral health professional, and community leader whose career reflects a commitment to organization, service, leadership, and helping people and businesses move forward.

Hopewell currently serves as an Administrative Assistant with Montauk Solutions LLC, where he provides administrative and operational support for the company’s residential construction, remodeling, property development, real estate investment, and property management activities. In this role, he helps coordinate the many moving parts required to keep projects organized, documented, and progressing efficiently.

His responsibilities include coordinating schedules and appointments, maintaining project documentation and records, communicating with contractors and vendors, assisting with purchasing and material coordination, organizing project updates, supporting property and jobsite inspections, tracking outstanding project needs, and facilitating communication between company leadership, contractors, vendors, property owners, and other professionals.

Because Montauk Solutions operates within construction and real estate, Hopewell’s role extends beyond traditional office administration. He regularly supports active construction and renovation projects through contractor coordination, material purchasing, project tracking, inspection coordination, documentation, jobsite follow-up, and administrative problem-solving. His ability to organize information, communicate effectively, anticipate needs, and follow projects from one stage to the next makes him an important part of the company’s day-to-day operations.

His work with Montauk Solutions also provides him with firsthand exposure to residential construction, remodeling, land and property development, real estate investment, project planning, inspections, short- and long-term rental operations, and the process of taking a property from concept and construction through completion.

This experience directly complements Hopewell’s work as a licensed Tennessee real estate professional affiliated with Wallace Real Estate. Rather than approaching real estate solely from the perspective of buying and selling, he brings an understanding of what happens behind the property itself—from construction and renovation to project coordination, development, investment, and property operations.
